The GoldMesh™ application is a powerful CAM tool which allows you to machine complex DXF surface meshes (3D Faces, Triangular surfaces and Poly Meshes) at ease. Complex surfaces can overlap and be embedded into other surfaces. No matter the complexity of the surface, GoldMesh™ will simply calculate the resulting machining surface with the minimum tool gorge.

GoldMesh™ uses both wire frame and realistic rendering display features, provides you with great flexibility to control how you generate tool paths, supports all engineering tools and comes with a tool path previewer so that you can simulate your machining prior to machining.

GoldMesh™ supports many various milling machines. If you find that GoldMesh™ does not support your milling machine then let us know and we will provide you with the new post processor for your machine without any extra cost. Post processors integrate automatically into GoldMesh™. This means that you do not need to pay for any upgrade in order to integrate new post processing support for new machines. This will save you money and ensures that GoldMesh™ will readily support new post processors for new machines that will be manufactured in the future.

GoldMesh™ can send post processing information directly to your milling machine via the serial port. Various forms of handshaking between the your computer / labtop and milling machine has been provided to ensure that no data is lost while transmitting data. Simply set your serial communication and handshaking settings preferences and send the NC data directly to the milling machine.

GoldMesh™ supports machining complex surfaces which includes surfaces that overlap and embed into other surfaces. GoldMesh™ will simply compute the net surface and calculate the tool path with the minimum gorge marks left by the tool. GoldMesh™ is intuitive and simple to understand which also allows you as a user to have complete control on how your tool path surfaces are calculated with a few mouse clicks.

GoldMesh™ works well with large drawing files. Including those larger than 20 Mb in size. With a few mouse clicks you can generate your tool path ready for machining. GoldMesh™ makes something so complex become so simple.
